REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
At Funky Groove Store, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
- Unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached
- Vinyl records in original, unopened condition
- Accessories and books in new, unused condition
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened or played vinyl records (unless defective)
- Worn or washed apparel
- Custom or personalized items
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Email us at octavio@funkygroovestore.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions and address
RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Funky Groove Store is not responsible for items lost in return transit
REFUNDS
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error)
EXCHANGES
- We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability
- Email octavio@funkygroovestore.com to arrange an exchange
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at octavio@funkygroovestore.com
- We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs
