SHIPPING POLICY

At Funky Groove Store, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States and aim to provide clear, consistent delivery information across our store.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us at octavio@funkygroovestore.com to check whether international shipping can be arranged.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Processing time is included in the total delivery estimate listed above.

SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIME (U.S. ORDERS)

  • Standard Shipping (FREE on all U.S. orders)
    • Total delivery time: 3–8 business days (including processing and shipping)
    • Carrier: USPS (service used may vary by item type)

This delivery timeframe applies to all products, including apparel, vinyl records, books, and accessories.

OPTIONAL SHIPPING UPGRADES

If you choose a faster option at checkout, the following upgrades may be available:

  • Priority Shipping
    • Delivery: 1–3 business days after shipment
    • Additional cost may apply

  • Expedited Shipping
    • Delivery: 1–2 business days after shipment
    • Additional cost may apply

ORDER TRACKING

  • A tracking number is emailed once your order ships
  • Shipments can be tracked directly through the carrier’s website

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed:

  • Contact us at octavio@funkygroovestore.com with your order number
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate
  • A replacement or refund will be issued for confirmed lost or damaged shipments

PO BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES

  • We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS services

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment
  • Additional shipping charges may apply

LOCAL PICKUP (LOS ANGELES)

Local pickup may occasionally be available in Los Angeles or at pop-up events.
